Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
The Hedley Studios Ice Driving Experience (“the Experience”) is available exclusively to clients who purchase a Bugatti Baby II or Ferrari Testa Rossa J from Hedley Studios. - Qualifying Purchase Period
To qualify for the Experience, the vehicle must be paid for in full by 31 January 2026. Orders not settled in full by this date will not be eligible. - Complimentary Experience
The Experience is provided on a complimentary basis and includes participation for the Hedley Studios client plus one guest only. - Non-Transferability
The Experience is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and may not be sold, assigned, or exchanged under any circumstances. - Travel & Accommodation
Flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, insurance, and any other travel-related expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the client and their guest. - Scheduling & Availability
Dates for the Experience will be determined by Hedley Studios and are subject to availability, weather conditions, operational considerations, and local regulations. Hedley Studios reserves the right to amend dates, locations, or schedules. - Safety & Participation
Participation is subject to meeting all safety requirements, instructions, and any applicable age, licence, or health criteria as determined by Hedley Studios or its partners. Hedley Studios reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual for safety or operational reasons. - Force Majeure
Hedley Studios shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of the Experience due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or acts of God. - Tyres Offer
A complimentary set of ice driving tyres is included with each qualifying vehicle purchased in January 2026. The tyres are supplied as-is, are non-exchangeable, and carry no cash alternative. - Liability
Participation in the Experience is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Hedley Studios shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage except where required by law. - Amendments
Hedley Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
